LODGING TAX
All reservations are systematically charged a $2 Lodging Tax per night. The
Lodging Tax ensures financing for the Fonds de partenariat touristique, created

to the government on your behalf.
OUR COMMISSION
For all these services, we’re offering the most competitive commission fee across
the Charlevoix region. Our rental agreement with you is for a period of two (2)
years, and may be cancelled at any time.
